Spectrum City was the name of the primary foundation on Strong Island that was headed up by Hank Shocklee, The CDOC shot video of this song shows the 510 South Franklin HQ, Roosevelt Youth Center, and the trucks Chuck and Flav drove to formulate the song Public Enemy #1. Thus Flav duplicates his 'go get em' vocals and Chuck brings it 007 style as in 2007.
