Kerwin Young, the progenitor of Geometric Khemistry, specializes in the manipulation of mensural frequencies that bring light to indigenous cultures and current events.

Kerwin began his professional career in 1989, as a recording producer with the rap group Public Enemy; building an illustrious career as a professional composer, recording producer, musician, recording artist, and cultural ambassador.

His musical works are multitudinous, paramount ,and an emblem of noble regard. Kerwin has composed and produced original music for major motion pictures, television, popular recording artists, orchestras, chamber ensembles, and other interactive media.

His music can be heard in such films as Green Card (1990), Sister Act 2 (1993), Street Fighter (1994), and He Got Game (1998). He has composed and produced original music for television shows that include: New York Undercover (1994), Girlfriends (2000), and The Flavor of Love (2006). He has contributed his talent to several documentaries, including: the television documentary Promised Land (1995), Searching for Jimi Hendrix (2000), and Time/Life‘s Let Freedom Sing (2009).

As a recording producer and composer, Kerwin has collaborated with such luminaries as George Clinton, Bootsy Collins, the James Brown Band, Roy Haynes, Ice Cube, Busta Rhymes, Kenny Gamble & Leon Huff, Reginald R. Robinson, Eric B. & Rakim, and Mobb Deep. As cultural ambassador, Kerwin has been providing his time as an international artist developer and consultant to young artists, music producers and composers since 1990.
