"I have long sought to find a way for independent companies such as my SLAMJamz Records to hold onto their artistic integrity while at the same time get a chance to reach many of the masses from highly visible places," said Public Enemy frontman Chuck D. "We appreciate the opportunity to have our new album positioned alongside those from major record labels, expanding opportunities for not just our group but for other small companies in our genre. We thank Best Buy for this position to create these new avenues."
